Every order ships free, anywhere in the United States, and leaves us within one business day.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no threshold to reach — a single 8ml car perfume ships on the same terms as a full case.
How quickly it leaves
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day.
You will receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created. If tracking has not appeared within two business days of ordering, email us and we will find out where it is.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.
We are not able to ship internationally at this time. Alcohol-based fragrance is classified as a limited-quantity hazardous material, which restricts how it can be carried — it travels by ground and cannot be sent by air. That is also why some remote addresses take longer than a carrier’s published estimate.
If something goes wrong in transit
Glass and liquid occasionally lose an argument with a conveyor belt. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the parcel and its contents and we will replace it or refund it in full. You will not be asked to pay to return a broken item.
If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not there, tell us — we will open a claim with the carrier and sort it out with you rather than leaving you to it.
Addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately: we can usually correct it before the parcel leaves, but once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.
