Orders and prices
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price or description is wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full — we will always tell you why.
Promotions
Sitewide discounts are applied automatically in the cart and need no code. Unless a promotion says otherwise, only one discount applies to an order and promotions cannot be combined. A promotion ends at the date and time stated.
Product information
We describe every fragrance as accurately as we can, including its scent family and how strongly it projects. Scent is subjective and how a fragrance behaves depends on skin, temperature and where it is used, so a description is a guide rather than a guarantee.
Colours on screen vary between displays. Packaging designs are updated from time to time and what arrives may differ slightly from the photograph.
Using the products safely
Fragrance is for external use only. Keep it away from eyes, flame and direct heat, and out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not decant or dilute the contents. Reed diffusers and room sprays are not for use on skin.
Our content
The Luveal name, logo, packaging designs, photography and film on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, including your rights in respect of faulty goods.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies, and it was last updated September 15, 2026.
